We booked a double room and it was huge, very comfy beds. The staff was excellent at all times. Marvellous and fantastic location for the main tourist attractions which are within comfortable walking distance was a plus.

Ideally located hotel, close to most archeological sites, the Vatican early in the morning and Termini railway station. Again, walking distance to a 5th-century church.

The location. The roof terrace would have been lovely for breakfast but as it was low season, breakfast was served in another room
The room was not cleaned properly. There was an old hat and a tablet underneath the chair the whole week. The fridge was filthy. There were no glasses, only plastic cups and these were not replaced all week.

Nicely decorated and generous sized room with central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen TV. Wonderful view to street. Location just off all the landmarks. Also, close to train station also to Roman Forums.

The rooms were fantastic. They have very high ceilings and very "Rome". It is in a fantastic position and the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We contacted the hotel prior to our stay as we were celebrating a family birthday. The hotel pulled out all the stops and gave us all rooms on the third floor. Ours even had a balcony. There us noise but you are in the middle of Rome!! What do you expect??I have to say though that the double glazing coped admmirably. The hotel does push itself as a four star however I have been fortunate to travel the world and would say ut was a three- three/half at most but do not let this put you off. What ut lacks in a lick of paint more than makes up for in position and the great staff
Nothing, we loved the hotel.

The staff were very helpfull in giving directions and booking tours. For a first time visitor that is important.
We were in room 308. The room was great except for one thing...it smelled like mold.We kept our windows open all day to get rid of the strong smell.

I had a lovely three-night stay and really appreciated the freshly refurbished bathroom and the clean, quiet room. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to relax, and I enjoyed spending time in the cozy lounge area after a day of exploring. The only small hiccup was that the breakfast juices could've been better, but overall, I'd definitely recommend this place 😊

The location of the hotel was fabulous. A stones throw from Termini station and within walkable distance to all the sites. The guys on the front desk were really helpful, especially the older man who was always ready to help out with any queries we had! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family travelling to Rome!! Breakfast was also very good!
There was a couple of small things like damp on the ceiling, no plug in the bath and you had to hold the shower head but they were minor and did not make our stay any less enjoyable!

All you could eat breakfast. The roof top terrace.
reception staff were unhelpful, 1 in particular. Wrong advice about the Vatican and problem with toilet seat not being reported for fixing.

Reasonably located for the majority of sight seeing. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace. We had a nice large room. Very little noise from other guests.
Would have liked complementary tea/coffee in the room
